Codale Electric Supply offers a variety of options for placing orders and requesting quotations. We want to make your purchasing experience as simple as possible.

Placing Orders
Our existing customers may place orders through our Online Order Entry System. Existing customers can also place orders by phone, via fax by printing our online form, or via e-mail by downloading our MS Excel order form, completing it and e-mailing it back to us as an attachment.

Starting A New Project
If you are starting a new project, you must first download, complete, and fax our Project Information Sheet to (801) 977-9021. In order to help us speed up the processing of your Project Information Sheet, please complete all areas of the form before returning it. Opening an Account
If you are a new customer and would like to open an account, please download our credit application (Download size: 435KB - Adobe Reader required.) Then print, fill out and fax it to us. We also welcome MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

Existing and new customers may request a quote through our online form or by printing and faxing the form to us.
