Allen‑Bradley® industrial control products from Rockwell Automation deliver proven and predictable performance over the full life of the product. Our Rockwell experts at Codale can help you find the most reliable industrial control systems solutions to maximize the efficiency and performance of your machine or factory.

Terminal Blocks
& Wiring Systems

As part of our terminal blocks offering, we stock miniature circuit breakers/supplemental protectors, power terminal blocks, signal conditioners, wiring systems, and both IEC and NEMA terminal blocks. Rockwell Automation’s extensive assortment of terminal block products includes double level plug-in, thermocouple, tab-connect feed through, grounding, space-saver feed through, fuse, sensor, plug-in connection, multi-circuit, mini, single circuit, neutral disconnect, isolation and more.

Relays, Timers
& Temperature Controllers

Whatever your application, we have the relays, timers and temperature controllers you need. For common relay control applications, general purpose relays offer reliable design and quick replacements, not to mention saving panel space. General purpose electronic timers and counters help increase your flexibility and lower maintenance and power costs. For heavier-duty applications, look to industrial timers and relays, which are designed for large loads and long life.

Push Buttons
& Pilot Lights

Push buttons and pilot lights alert operators of hazards and help to reduce downtime by signaling breakdowns and material shortages. We carry a variety of 16mm, 22mm, 30mm, specialty and touch/palm-operated push buttons as well as push-button pendant stations. These Allen-Bradley products are designed and manufactured to demanding performance specifications, and every component is optimized for durability and performance.

Limit Switches & Accessories

Limit Switches are electro-mechanical devices consisting of an actuator mechanically linked to a set of contacts. When an object comes into contact with the actuator, the device operates the contacts to make or break an electrical connection. Allen-Bradley limit switches are suited for many applications and environments. They are rugged enough to withstand a variety of conditions, and they are easy to install and operate reliably. Hazardous Location Switches are designed for use in applications such as refineries, distilleries, flour mills and other locations where dangerous gases or materials may be present.

Proximity Sensors & Accessories

How do you decide what type of sensor you need? Inductive Proximity Sensors detect metal objects within approximately 1-2 inches of the sensor without touching the objects. Some applications for inductive proximity sensors are light-duty packaging as well as harsh environments like with automotive welding equipment or the washdowns in food processing plants. Tubular Capacitive Proximity Sensors have an adjustable sensing distance and are equipped with two status indicators to show power and output. They may be shielded in nickel, such as the 875C sensors, or unshielded like the 875PC, which features a plastic barrel. Ultrasonic sensors are self-contained solid-state devices designed for non-contact sensing of solid and liquid objects. These sensors are available in a number of sensing ranges and may, for example, be used for applications like sensing the amount of water in a tank.

Photoelectric Sensors & Accessories

Photoelectric Sensors use a beam of light to detect the presence—or absence—of an object. This technology is an ideal alternative to inductive proximity sensors when the sensing distance is long or the item you want to sense is not metal. Allen-Bradley photoelectric sensors are appropriate for applications in many industries, such as material handling, packaging, food processing, and transportation. For specialized applications that require a non-standard connector or cable, our Rockwell specialists can help you customize the sensor connections.
