The 3M™ Direct Bury Splice Kit is used to electrically connect two or more pre-stripped copper wires and moisture seal the connection for direct burial. This flame-retardant kit is rated up to 600V, and is UL-listed for direct bury applications. It is suitable for water-intensive applications such as golf courses, irrigation controls and outdoor lighting. This kit contains a 3M™ Spring Connector R/Y+ and a high-impact, UV-resistant tube prefilled with 3M™ Moisture-Resistant Grease.
