The Advantage Exhaust Fan with Light provides 70 CFM of ventilation at a sound level of 4.0 Sones. The 4" duct collar with plastic damper protects against back drafts and ensures quiet operation. It installs easily using the double thick keyhole mounting tabs or the included adjustable hanging brackets. The exhaust fan and light can be wired to operate separately. Provides up to 100 watts of lighting with a standard incandescent light bulb (not included). The stylish polycarbonate light lens allows for easy access to change the light bulb.
