In order to secure basket tray to the bracket, use one QTPSSW3/QTPSSW3BLK Splice Washer and one QTPBNWK/QTPBNWKBLK Splice Kit on sizes up to 8 inches (203 mm); and use two on 12-inch (305-mm) and wider trays.
