This Recessed Floating Gimbal Downlight is great for new construction and retrofit applications. Installations are really flexible with an off-board driver that minimizes installation height, maximizes thermal management, and eliminates the need for a recessed housing. A plenum-rated cable connector links the downlight module to the remote driver, and then the module snaps into place with the spring-loaded retention tabs. The super-thin design allows for these products to be installed inside shallow plenums.
